This three-bedroom condo is located on the Caribbean overlooking the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. The view of the Barrier Reef is breathtaking only 1/2 mile off the shoreline.
Since it is right on the beach, there is plenty of sand and a dock with places to sit to view the sunrise, sunset and wildlife. Swimming is great right off the dock. And the tour operators will pick you up on the dock. The lovely pool allows you to view the beach and barrier reef while cooling off in the infinity pool. There are pool chairs and seating on the dock.
This beautifully appointed condo is part of a ten (10) unit complex 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security for this very safe part of the island.
This complex is ideal for weddings and family reunions or friend trips. Tours and customized tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, daily cleaning if requested is available, travel arrangements to and from the island and travel insurance are available.
There are 3 restaurants close by and a local grocery store. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes to the town center. Food delivery is available also.
This second floor 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath (one ensuite, one shared bath for bedrooms 2 and 3, half bath in hall, both walk-in showers) living room and gourmet kitchen unit has great views of the pool, beach and Caribbean. One bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom has 3 twin beds and a futon. The living room has another futon so a total of 10 guests. This unit is on the second floor of a three-story building.
There is a veranda that surrounds ½ of unit overlooking the ocean. A lovely entertaining space that is protected from rain and sun. Beautiful and comfortable furniture on the veranda that matches the beautiful aqua color of the sea. Views of the pool, beach and sea are spectacular.
Someplace South will give a free coffee, juice, or rum drink on guests’ first visit.
