I agree and understand any cancellation made with a 100% Cancellation Fee for guests canceling within 24 hours of scheduled departure time (no refund). 50% Cancellation Fee for guests canceling within 48 hours of scheduled departure time (50% refund). Full refund less 5% administrative fee for guests canceling 48 hours or more of the scheduled departure time.
* No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of departure. No refunds for any guests who do not show up for their booked tour under any circumstances. There are no refunds for arriving after the tour has departed.
