UPSTAIRS LIVING AREA

The upstairs kitchen and living room open to each other and face east to overlook the yard and sea from expansive windows. The kitchen counters are granite and all major appliances are stainless steel. There is a breakfast bar with four stools (no dining/kitchen table). The living room has a leather sofa, side chairs and a 55″ television. Access the east-facing veranda from the patio doors in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are made from Belizean hardwoods. The upstairs sleeps 6.  2 queen beds and 2 rollaway beds and 2 baths.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA

The downstairs offers complete privacy from the upstairs. The kitchen and living room areas also open to each other and give access to the wood deck facing the sea. Includes 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and an office with a pull-out couch that doubles as an extra bedroom for the ease of working at home. It comes with a large veranda and beautiful landscaping. Complimentary kayaks are located just outside.

What is Included

The yard is beautifully landscaped with plants and shrubs and lighted for your safety with plenty of parking space for your golf carts. This home rents furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, linens & towels, patio furniture, washer/dryer, and two sea kayaks. The property is fenced with a gate leading to the street.

Please come and enjoy your vacation overlooking the 2nd largest barrier reef only 1/2 mile offshore. Watch all the wildlife including harpy eagles, dolphins and many more birds and fish. You will be able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the verandas. La Perla Azul is beautifully appointed and provides games and kayaks for your use.

We offer full concierge service during your stay to assist with organizing your adventures and other services such as booking your own personal chef to cook Breakfast, lunch and dinner, tours, golf carts and much more.

Someplace South will give a free coffee, juice, or rum drink on guests’ first visit.

The Space

The house is located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro right on the ocean. The garden is luscious with many hummingbirds and many-colored butterflies. And there is a mango, lime, avocado and banana tree in the garden. Beautiful views of Caye Caulker, Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. An adult-only boutique resort is close by for refreshments and food and full day of swimming – Playa de Sala.

 

It can be rented monthly, or short-term with a 3-day minimum rental. Please inquire.
