This beachfront paradise offers plenty of places to sit and view the most exquisite sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife. There is a dock with a palapa which has ample seating, perfect for a relaxing massage or fishing. This is convenient for those going out on excursions; the tour operators can pick you up on the dock. On a warm day, you can cool off in the infinity pool while enjoying the views of the beach and the Barrier Reef.
This beautifully appointed condo is part of a ten (10) unit complex 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. The neighborhood has the South Ambergris Neighborhood Watch as additional security for this very safe part of the island.
This complex is ideal for weddings, family reunions or group trips. Tours, golf carts, grocery provisioning, local cooking, babysitters, chefs, massages, and daily cleaning if requested are available. Travel arrangements to and from the island and travel insurance are available.
There are 3 restaurants and a local grocery store close by. Other restaurants are a 10-minute drive and the town center is just 20 minutes away. Food delivery is also available.
This third-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath (one en-suite, one hallway bath, both with walk-in showers) living room and beautifully bright, and airy well-stocked kitchen with wonderful views of the pool, beach, and Caribbean Sea. The primary bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is an extra blow-up bed for extra sleeping space so the unit can hold a total of 6 guests comfortably.
The veranda overlooks the sea and is perfect for relaxation. There is a comfortable seating area which is protected from the rain and sun.
Someplace South will give a free coffee, juice, or rum drink on guests’ first visit.
