This is our most popular itinerary and recommended, especially if it’s your first visit in Belize and if it will be your only day out on the water! Hol Chan has the largest variety of species to be seen in the area and is often compared to an aquarium, while at Shark Ray Alley you get to experience a close encounter with nurse-sharks and stingrays. Watch from the boat or swim with them! We then continue to visit the neighbour island Caye Caulker. This is just how you imagine an authentic Caribbean Island to be and a nice contrast to the more developed Ambergris Caye. Since the 1960’s tourism has slowly grown on the island, but it has kept its quiet laid-back atmosphere, with the motto “Go Slow”. We stop by the famous “the Split” that is a channel dividing the island in two. On the opposite side, only accessible by boat, you can find the nicest beach in this whole area – Koko King. Perfect for all ages, with shallow water and floating tubes, plus a high-quality restaurant. You can enjoy lunch there, or we can serve our famous Belizean buffet on-board on the way to Caye Caulker.
