The spacious upstairs living area features an open-concept kitchen and living room designed to maximize the incredible east-facing ocean views. Expansive windows fill the space with natural light while showcasing views of the Caribbean Sea and beautifully landscaped grounds.

The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Belizean hardwood cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The living room offers comfortable leather seating, side chairs, and a 55-inch television for relaxing after a day of island adventures.

Step through the patio doors onto the private ocean-facing veranda, where you can enjoy morning coffee, breathtaking sunrises, and peaceful evenings overlooking the reef.

The upstairs area comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with:

Downstairs Living Area
